Beschreibung

Spatial navigation is a multidimensional cognitive process that combines wayfinding and purposeful movement (König et al., 2019). However, comprehending the intricacies of this phenomenon in humans still poses challenges. This project aims to understand how individual gaze behaviour can moderate information retrieval after repeated free explorations in the city inspired by the methods used by Rounds and colleagues (2020).

Your role would include activities such as:

- Recruit and measure participants.

- Classify eye movements and analyze behavioural data.

- Analyze EEG data, specifically event-related synchronization/desynchronization analysis.

Should more than 8 people apply to partake in the course, we will select students based on a motivational letter. More details will follow in the first meeting.
