MentUOS - Mentoring für Studentinnen. 3. Durchgang Juni 2018 bis Mai 2019

Das Mentoring-Programm MentUOS bietet speziell Masterstudentinnen an der Universität Osnabrück die Chance, sich schon frühzeitig auf individuelle Karrierewege vorzubereiten. Im Rahmen einer Mentoring-Beziehung zu einer Mentorin/einem Mentor aus Wissenschaft oder Wirtschaft können Sie als Mentee aus erster Hand Einblicke in die unterschiedlichen Karrieresysteme erlangen, individuelle Strategien für Ihren Berufseinstieg erarbeiten und Klarheit über berufliche und persönliche Ziele entwickeln. Im Mentoring-Programm setzen sich die Mentees mit verschiedenen Fragen auseinander, z. B.: Wo liegen meine Stärken? Was mache ich nach dem Studium? Welche Berufsfelder kann ich mir für mich vorstellen? Welche Kompetenzen sind wichtig für den Berufsalltag? Wie kann ich mich auf den Übergang vom Studium in den Beruf vorbereiten?
Diese und weitere Fragen werden im Rahmen der drei Programmkomponenten des Mentoring-Programms thematisiert. Diese sind: die Mentoring-Beziehung, die Workshopreihe und das Networking- und Rahmenprogramm.
