n diesem forschungs- und zugleich praxisbezogenen Seminar werden kleinere Evaluationsstudien (z. B. zur Unterrichtsgestaltung in heterogenen Lerngruppen oder zu außerunterrichtlichen Projekten) an Kooperationsschulen und an weiteren Schulen in Osnabrück und im Umland durchgeführt: Evaluationsteams sprechen mit der ihnen zugeteilten Schule eine Forschungsfrage ab, konzipieren ein entsprechendes Evaluationsdesign und melden ihre Ergebnisse im Anschluss an die Durchführung an die Schule zurück.
Dies bedeutet für die Seminargestaltung: Es gibt gemeinsame Termine, in denen die notwendigen Kenntnisse (Evaluationsmethoden) vermittelt und die Forschungsarbeit unterstützend begleitet wird. Ein Teil der Seminarzeit ist für die Datenerhebung an der Schule bzw. der Universität sowie für eigenständige Arbeit an dem jeweiligen Evaluationsvorhaben vorgesehen.
Es ist zur Unterstützung des Evaluationsvorhabens vorgesehen, Workshops zur Unterrichtsbeobachtung, zur Entwicklung von Fragebögen, zur Durchführung von Interviews und zur Interviewauswertung anzubieten.
Das Seminar richtet sich primär an Lehramtsstudierende und zielt hier auf die Entwicklung von Evaluationskompetenzen, die seit einigen Jahren zum zentralen Merkmal des professionellen Handelns gehören. Für die Studierenden im Master of Education Lehramt an Gymnasien ist diese Veranstaltung die Alternative zu der Koppelung des Moduls "Grundlagen des empirischen Erkenntnisgewinns" (7 LP) und eines Schwerpunktmoduls (8 LP) im KCL.
Für alle Studierenden gilt, dass auf die Evaluationsstudie aufbauend auch weiterführende Masterarbeiten angeschlossen werden können, deren Betreuung im Rahmen unserer Kapazitäten durch uns übernommen werden kann.
Ein Semesterapparat ist eingerichtet.
Es gibt eine vorbereitende und das Konzept vorstellende Online-Vorbesprechung am Mi. 27.9. 17 bis ca. 18 Uhr und einen verbindlichen Block, der dem eigentlichen Seminar vorgeschaltet ist. Dieser findet am Do., 12.10., von 9 bis 16 Uhr in Präsenz statt.
